Project Overview
Lil’ Nashville, Country Bar & Kitchen is a unique hospitality destination in the heart of Chiswick, bringing together authentic Southern-inspired dining, live music entertainment, and a vibrant social atmosphere. Designed to capture the energy and character of Nashville’s famous country music scene, the venue required a complete transformation to create a multifunctional space capable of accommodating dining, drinking, and live performances.
Simply Fit Out was appointed to deliver the full fit out package, transforming the property into a fully operational entertainment venue complete with a new bar, restaurant facilities, live music stage, commercial kitchen, and customer amenities. The project demanded careful planning and coordination to ensure every element worked seamlessly together while creating a welcoming and memorable customer experience.
Scope of Works
The project involved the complete refurbishment and fit out of the venue, including:
- Construction of a dedicated live music stage
- Installation of technical infrastructure for live performances
- New custom-built bar area
- Restaurant and dining space fit out
- Full commercial kitchen installation
- Industrial smoker installation
- Customer washroom facilities, including:
- Three separate toilet facilities
- One accessible disabled toilet
- Men’s washroom with two cubicles
- Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works throughout
The completed venue was designed to support high customer volumes while delivering a premium hospitality experience.
Creating a Destination Entertainment Venue
One of the key features of the project was the creation of a dedicated live music environment. The venue required a fully integrated stage area capable of supporting regular performances, complete with the necessary technical infrastructure for sound, lighting, and entertainment equipment.
Working closely with the client and specialist contractors, our team delivered a functional and visually striking performance space that serves as the centrepiece of the venue. The result is an atmosphere that captures the spirit of Nashville’s iconic music scene while providing an exceptional experience for guests.
Hospitality Fit Out Expertise
Alongside the entertainment facilities, significant emphasis was placed on creating an attractive and practical hospitality environment. The new bar was designed to maximise operational efficiency while enhancing customer interaction, serving as a focal point within the venue.
The restaurant area was carefully configured to provide comfortable dining spaces while maintaining clear sightlines to the live performance stage. This integration of food, drink, and entertainment allows guests to enjoy a seamless experience throughout the venue.
A fully equipped commercial kitchen was installed to support the restaurant’s food offering, including the addition of an industrial smoker to deliver authentic smoked dishes and Southern-inspired cuisine. The kitchen was designed to meet the demands of a busy hospitality operation while maintaining efficiency and compliance with all relevant standards.
